INTRODUCTION

GCIECO Academy Football Club was created under the company call GCIECo SENEGAMBIA (GOOD COMMERCIAL IMPORT AND EXPORT Co) in the year 1990.

We have three branches’ offices in Africa and One in Europe: which was belonging to the GCIECOSENEGAMBIA and GCIECO A.F.C.

The company GCIECO was awarded the International Quality Summit Award 2004 in the gold category in New York organized by BID (Business Initiative Directions of Spain).

GCIECO Academy Football Club was registered as Sports Association Legally Affiliated under Federation of Senegalese Football Association in 2006.

GCIECO Academy Football Club was not created for been playing league only or any est., It was created to Develop the talented youngest footballers from any angles of Africa and all over the world

to archived their goal in the field of football.

The overall concept of GCIECO Academy Football Club is to support, educate and inspire each player to maximize their full potential through quality coaching sessions and development to provide the players with an opportunity to regain their confidence and over all obtain successful exposure to professional clubs Nationally and Internationally while having the opportunity to play in a competitive Semi-Professional FA League.

The GCIECO Academy Football Club offer Football education incorporating Prince MOYO with the Senior GCIECO Football Team at the New Site 2009 unique physical, technical, tactical developments which have been proven through many years of experience of our Coaches and Scouts giving analysis, evaluation and feedback, allowing the Academy to evolve through continued professional development. Our Two-Tier Academy Courses and designed for player who have previously attended Academy Development or Club Trials and Players who have no Academy or Trial experience.

Under 16's: Youth Academy

Nearly every boy dream of scoring a winner in a major Cup Final or a Title Decider, GCIECO Football Academy is helping them to realize there dream, undiscovered and young raw talent make up nearly 70% of world transfer frenzies with international clubs.

Our Youth Academy development Centers are designed to turn the young talented football players into a gifted and complete Professional Footballer.

Over 16's Academy Development

Our Development Courses offer the perfect platform for players who have the desire and talent to further their career in Semi & Pro Football. Those Players used to attend 6- or 42-week enhanced development programmed in the Europe. 

We have up to 20 hours advance Football training Sessions per week, are potential to push the players to their ultimate dream of playing Professional Football, and below are guidelines of our Academy Training

Schedules: Enhanced SAQ, Ball Control, Defending, Attacking, Team Play, Physical Fitness and Stamina, Goalkeeping Clinics, Core Work, Gym Fitness and Weights

Player Scouting:

The Players that attend GCIECO Academy and graduate will be showcased and may be recommended to Top Pro Club Scouts from:

National League Club

International League Club & to

Top Football Clubs in the world

GCIECO A.F.C Players Trial Day

The ultimate trials day for budding stars who feel they have the quality and desire to become a Semi-Pro or Pro footballer: Each 2 days will consist of 8 training work stations designed by ex-professional players who will also be on hand to assist with their coaching needs.

As a Finale the best 16 players picked will play in a showcase match in-front of Academy and club Scouts, the match will be against selected Academy/Youth Teams and/or teams made up from players within the events.

Special guest ex-professional footballers will be invited to lend their experience and coaching skills

11.00am: Work Station 1, Dribbling & running with ball & Fitness test

14.00pm Work Station 3, Finishing and shooting

15.00pm Work Station 4, Turning with ball, receiving ball/ player awareness receiving lesson after Training at GCIECO new site

To ensure the contractual indemnities in case of injuries upon members and supervisors include Football Players in the chamber and in the immediate vicinity of the club over the of workouts, competitions, the outward and return home club and / or in the Football peach.
